Parking & BPLA’s Policy

We are located inside of the Phenix Salon Suites building, Suite 108. Please allow yourself to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to locate a parking space in our garage south of our building inside of The Huxley (parking entrance between two salmon colored pillars). We validate.

To locate our entrance from parking garage- Exit garage onto La Brea, make Right and walk North toward the South-East corner of La Brea and Fountain. Entrance is on the right hand corner. 1250 N. La Brea Ave.

We require a nonrefundable deposit toward your service (prince amount varies upon services) to reserve your appointment. Due to the tight scheduling of our nail techs, we hold a strict cancellation policy of 12 hours notice prior to your appointment in order to cancel or modify. Please note that upon cancellation less than 12 hours, you will be charged the full fee of service. When charged any cancellation fee, you have 14 business days to redeem the charged amount toward your services.

We are unable to begin services later than 10 mins beyond your appointment time, depending on our scheduling and at our discretion.
